Turning Point Dog Training

We are so grateful to Paige at Turning Point Dog Training! We got our dog, Annie when she was turning one. Having had previous dogs, we did what we thought was adequate training. However, after boarding our dog (at the age of 2) at a wonderful home boarder, they recommended Turning Point for training to make Annie a better behaved dog. After having Annie enrolled in Turning Point Board and Train, she is now an even better, well mannered companion. Before Board and Train, Annie was reactive to other dogs, loved to jump on people, and was unable to recall when called to come. Now Annie can walk in a heal, approach other dogs appropriately, and understands commands. Her recall off leash is excellent! Annie is also able to "place" on a spot and stay there until released. This training has made a world of difference is all social environments and even when doing simple day to day tasks such as making and eating dinner. Because of this trust we have in Annie's behavior, we now feel comfortable taking Annie to dog friendly environments such as restaurants and decks. So, in essence, Annie has a richer life due to this training. Paige was a master of her craft. She listens and tailors the training to meet each client's goals. The Board and Train was worth every cent!

We can’t say more great things about our experience with Turning Point and Paige. Our dog, Coco, was with them on a 3 week board and train recently. Paige and the entire training staff made us feel so comfortable with having Coco in their care. Paige gave us daily updates/pictures and really helped the 3 weeks fly by. After we got Coco back home, we could totally notice the difference in her and how much calmer she was. Thanks again Paige and the rest of the team!
