Founded in 2016 under the name Two Dads and a Dog, our company offered walks and pet sitting. Since our services evolved to only offer dog training advice and behavior consultations, we proudly serve our communities as Two Dads Dog Training. We not only promote proactive and healthy human-dog relationships but facilitate skills for helping teams understand each other for a harmonious life in a household. what does it cost for home training and do you do this,
Hi Joseph. After discussing the particular details about your dog's needs, an initial 90-min private session can be had at your home for around $240. Additional sessions, as needed, can go from $100-$150 an hour. We can work on a package depending on the case.

I have reduced a few stars because Two Dads reduced 30-minute walks to only 20-minute walks. The price has actually increased, not decreased, which I found to be odd. As an owner of an athletic / energetic breed, I'm not sure if we will continue to pay for a mere 20 minutes when many other insured Pittsburgh companies charge the same price for 30 or even 45-minute visits. We still love the people behind Two Dads, and continue to support them, but they are now seemingly out of our budget.

Luis has been walking our German Shepherd since she was a puppy. She loves her time with Luis and she always gets excited to see him. These guys are trustworthy and dependable. Really convenient pricing too if you live downtown.

Wonderful pet sitting! Mike did such a great job taking care of our two canine friends. Having them come to the home makes such a difference. I'm so glad I chose Two Dads and a Dog.

My family LOVES working with Two Dads and a Dog!!! Michael and Lewis are warm, welcoming, and clearly love animals. Michael works with our dog and he is so fantastic- super communicative (I love the little messages I get after each walk!), very supportive of reinforcing any training we're working on, and very flexible, always helping us whenever a need for service crops up outside of our normal visits. They are also very professional and reliable, with an easy-to-use website for booking services, are licensed by a widely recognized pet-care organization, and seek out continuing education to grow their knowledge of caring for and training pets. We feel incredibly lucky to get to partner with them in the care of our dog!
