Two Tails Up, LLC

Kim & Jenny were great to work with. They are great communicators and very reliable. We have WiFi enabled electronic locks so I knew when they came and went, which was about the same time twice daily. I have 2 cats. One is 18 y.o with stage IV kidney disease and requires daily subcutaneous infusions of IV fluid. Kim, the owner, had never done that, but was willing to let me train her and give it a try. My cat is quite accustomed to this and is a real sweetheart, so she was great to learn the procedure on. All went well and Kim felt comfortable with it after a couple training sessions. She did it on her own for a week while we were on vacation! I really respected that Kim was willing to try to learn a procedure, that would, frankly, freak some people out, even though its pretty simple and not so scary once someone explains the process to you. Kim and Jenny gave the cats much needed affection and play time while we were away in addition to feeding them and cleaning out litter boxes. They wrote up daily reports and would send pictures of them too. I discovered Two Tails Up quite accidentally while walking in our neighborhood. Jenny was walking a dog for an elderly lady who could no longer walk her dog. She had discovered a baby bird that had fallen from its nest and she was very concerned about its safety and was trying to find someone to come collect and care for it. I knew then that Jenny had a heart of gold and was a real animal lover. I asked her for her business card right then and there!
