Kim was great at keeping my updated on my dog while we were on vacation! Because internet was spotty where I was, she made certain that I got the updates so I wouldn't worry about my Gemma. Gemma loved the attention and probably didn't even miss me at all.

We are very very picky about our pet sitters. We have a special-needs cat and our expectations are very high because of a pet sitter in another city who gave us the best service. To say that Two Tails lives up to that service that we are used to is an understatement. Kim was very Detail oriented about our cats, and very kind to them. One of the things that stands out for me is that she gave us a schedule, and then stuck to it. With a cat with diabetes that is so incredibly important and we never had one second of concern that our kitty was not getting her medicine on time. We have tried several others in the lake Wylie area and we are so grateful that we found Kim. This is her business and she is extremely good at it, and I have no reservations about recommending her to take care of any pet! She spent time with her cats and when we returned home, they were not as clingy and needy as we have seen in the past with other sitters. That tells me that she gained their trust, and spent time with them. We will continue to use Two Tails for our babies.
