Ultimate Canine

We are very thankful for trainer Joe Cruz and the staff at Ultimate Canine​ for their excellence. Joe help​ed our 3-y/o beagle, whom we rescued in May, take huge leaps forward with his obedience. Our beagle came to us with little to no formal training. We brought our boy to Ultimate Canine for for a 2-week Stay & Train​. Our goal ​was to help him gain confidence and security and learn basic obedience. Mission accomplished! As a professional trainer, Joe was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. Joe was willing to spend the time with us to explain what our boy was learning and how to continue his training at home. Further, the front office staff at Ultimate Canine — including Jared, Rebecca, and Aaron — was very helpful arranging the Stay & Train and helping us feel comfortable with the process. Ultimate Canine is not the least expensive game in town. And you get what you pay for. The lasting results with our happy beagle boy are worth every dime. Thank you, Joe​ and team!​ Excellent!

We highly recommend Ultimate Canine and trainer, Carissa! We have a 3 year old mini aussie doodle that we rescued at 9 months. He is the most loving dog but has a fear of people he doesn't know, lacks confidence, high anxiety, jumping, barking and we just had a lack of control over him. With plans to start a family soon we needed to get him under control. Carissa came out for an initial at home training where we discussed possible training options and ended up landing on a 2 week stay and train. It was the best decision and so beneficial for Scout. Carissa has so much knowledge, is realistic and honest and we appreciate her so much and her approach to training. We were very impressed when we picked him up after the two weeks. We had a 2-3 hour graduation where Carissa answered all of our questions, trained us on all the commands including an e-collar and we couldn't believe what he was able to learn in 2 weeks. We can now walk him without pulling. He has learned to respect us and we are in control. We just had our post 2 week follow up in home lesson. It is still a work in progress every day but it has given him a great foundation for us to build on and he has made great strides already. We couldn't be more impressed with Carissa's work.

We worked with Ultimate Canine to train our 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog and they have been so amazing. We have young children and they helped tremendously with integrating our dog to be part of our busy family. We did in home training sessions and also a stay and train boarding when we went on vacation to keep his training up and was super happy with both experiences! Tyler was our trainer and he was so great to work with! They are very responsive with all communication which was great when we were traveling. We will absolutely board our dog with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for training support!
