Ava’s Experience at Ultimate Canine Westfield – Day 2: Simply Outstanding! I just have to take a moment to share how incredibly impressed I am with Tyler at Ultimate Canine Westfield. We are on Day 2 of Ava’s behavior program , and I’m already blown away by the level of care and attention she’s receiving. Not to mention the progress she’s making. Today, Ava was placed in the same room as another dog, which, as a dog parent, had me a bit nervous at first. But Tyler handled the introduction with such expertise and professionalism—Ava was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease. I eventually got there too. Two weeks ago I was convinced she was a difficult aggressive dog! Tyler’s ability to assess and manage dogs in a safe and structured way is unmatched. It’s clear that he not only understands canine behavior but also people behavior and genuinely cares about each dog’s emotional well-being. Ava and her new doggy buddy got along beautifully, and I could tell she was relaxed and enjoying the experience. I’ve been to several places before, but Ultimate Canine Westfield is in a league of its own. The personalized attention Tyler provides makes all the difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the positive, fun, and enriching experience Ava is having. My husband said she’s like different dog. If you’re looking for a place that truly understands dogs and delivers top-notch care, I highly recommend Tyler and the team at Ultimate Canine Westfield. Ultimate Canine was recommended by my breeder. I did some research & finally decided I would try Ultimate Canine for basic training for my new puppy. They exceeded my expectations. Joe Cruz is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough great things about him. Not only did I come away with a trained dog, but a better understanding of my dog’s behavior & how to communicate with her in a way that she understands. I decided on private lessons & we had a mix of lessons at the facility, at my home & out in public to learn how to handle my dog in various distracting situations. I feel much more confident as a leader for my dog. He even helped me with my 10 year old dog that would bark nonstop at anything passing by on the sidewalk. He absolutely blew my mind at how quickly he developed a rapport with my older dog who is absolutely terrified of strangers. Joe went above & beyond in spending time explaining things & working with me in a way I would understand. I never felt rushed or never felt like he was in a hurry. He spent extra time with me despite having a full schedule multiple different times. He truly cares about people & their dogs. It shows in everything he does. I also wanted to thank Rebecca & Jared at the front desk. I spoke with them initially & I know I was very sleep deprived & feeling very overwhelmed with a new puppy. Thank you for being so patient with me as a figured out what kind of training I wanted to pursue. We might get another puppy next year & I will definitely use Ultimate Canine if we do. We had an amazing training experience for our puppy Teddy the Toy Bernedoodle. We learned so many tactics and tips on how to establish loving rules in our household. Best investment we made for our dog and for us. Carissa was a fabulous trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and our dog was very responsive! We love the entire process and will use Ultimate Canine for other services. Thank you Carissa for establishing who the boss is in our household! .

I cannot say enough about how amazing the training process with our Newfiedoodle has been since we started with Joe Cruz at Ultimate Canine. He truly is a master at what he does. He is also a fantastic teacher for the handler. He has an amazing way of relating what the dog is doing/thinking to us human beings. Our puppy Paddy is so much happier and calmer since his training.
