I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joe at Ultimate Canine! He is truly gifted at what he does—so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the very beginning, he treated our dog as if she were his own, with so much care and respect. It was clear how much he genuinely loves and understands dogs. Joe has a remarkable talent for training—he not only taught our dog so much, but he also helped us as owners better understand how they think and how to guide them. The transformation in our dog has been amazing, and the best part is that she is still the same sweet pup we love, just more confident and well-mannered thanks to Joe’s thoughtful approach. It’s rare to meet someone who is equally talented and compassionate, but Joe is both in every sense. We are so grateful for his time and expertise, and highly recommend Joe and Ultimate Canine to anyone looking for the absolute best in training.

We were absolutely thrilled after sending our new puppy to Julie at Ultimate Canine for their 4-month Level 3 Companion Dog Training program. Julie and her team did an outstanding job, and our puppy is now perfectly trained and fits wonderfully into our home and daily life. Joby’s 3-day in-home training was incredibly helpful and made such a difference. I can’t recommend Ultimate Canine highly enough, and we would definitely use their services again without hesitation!

We can’t recommend Joe and Ultimate Canine enough! We started training the day after bringing home our girl, Rook, and she connected with Joe right away. He’s an incredible trainer—knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely thorough. We especially loved our last lesson on the Monon, where we were able to take everything we’d learned at home and put it into real-life practice. The experience has been amazing from start to finish, and we’ll definitely continue working with Joe and Ultimate Canine for their expertise in the future!

We had an excellent experience with Joe training our two English Springer Spaniels, Tanka and Honey. Before working with him, walks were a constant battle—they pulled on the leash so badly it was stressful. Now, they walk calmly, and it feels like we have two brand new dogs. Learning “place” was a complete game changer in our home. Joe was always professional, punctual, and willing to stay longer if needed. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us consistent homework that really reinforced the lessons. His approach was patient, effective, and adapted to each dog’s personality. Tanka and Honey loved seeing him, which says it all. We highly recommend Joe and would gladly work with him again for refreshers.
