We wanted to purchase a dog for our family, and when we provided the owner with the key traits of a perfect dog for us, the owner, Julie, stepped in and found our current dog. He fell in Love with us and we fell in Love with him just over a long weekend of bonding. He is now in training with us and the 1st session today was way beyond my expectations...GREAT!! My wife and I have been so super impressed with this company including: Selection of a dog, facilities, people, and the organization's superb commitment to excellence at all levels of this organization that I felt I had to write this review. I want to personally thank each of the people we've interacted with in this 5-Star+ Company. All of the people we've met are 5-Stars+. Julie, Nic, Tyler, Rebecca, Jolene, Emily, and I may have forgotten a few.... They are all great and they will do their best to exceed your expectations on dog selection, training, short/long term kenneling, plus any and everything you need for your dog. As a Westfield resident, I am proud that this organization has chosen to locate just 10 minutes away from my home ....This is the Truth no Hyperbole at all! P.S. We cannot thank Joe enough for what he has done for our family and for Hershey. When we first sent our chocolate lab to training, he was wild — full of energy, stubborn, and honestly a handful. We had hope, but we truly didn’t know how much of a transformation was possible in such a short time. After just two weeks with Joe, Hershey came back to us like a brand-new dog. He’s calmer, more focused, better behaved, and so much happier. Joe has an incredible way with dogs — patient, consistent, and clearly passionate about what he does. What means the most to us is that Joe didn’t just train Hershey, he gave our whole family peace of mind and the tools to continue the work at home. Julie has an incredible gift for matching the right dog with the right family. Bohdi is not just an exceptional dog, he is the perfect dog for our daughter Julia. The care, intention, and expertise that went into selecting and training him is evident in everything he does. He has already become a complete game changer for our family, and it’s clear he was trained with immense love, structure, and purpose. We want to give special recognition to Joby, who spent five full days with our family helping us transition and acclimate to Bohdi. Joby is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate. He didn’t just hand off a dog, he supported our entire family with care and confidence, making sure we felt prepared every step of the way. His time, presence, and dedication meant more to us than words can express. Wow. We can’t say enough about how great our experience with as Ultimate Canine and our trainer, Joe. He took our puppy from unruly to trained in two weeks and provided our family with the skills we needed to make our home happy with our puppy. Daisy has learned the basics and so much more. She can sit, stay, place, heel, recall, walk and more. Our family already loved our dog but now we can truly enjoy having her in our home as a beloved member of our family. Joe is the BEST trainer! Ask for him if you can!
