We adopted a shelter puppy, and ran into some issues that we knew we needed help with. Laura was wonderfully patient and informative. She helped us work out some confidence issues and some mannerisms, and really gave us the keys to teaching our sweet girl how to grow in our house. We've seen her come out of her shell in ways we weren't sure she would. Ultimately, the puppy is a puppy, but I really feel like Laura trained US well enough to train the dog. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone looking to start from scratch, she has so many tricks and treats up her sleeve!! We *hope* to not need a lot more training, but would 100% return to her if and when we do. She's a lovely person, and so knowledgeable in her field. If and when we need boarding, we know where we'd go!

Now, my husband and I bring our current dog, Mackie, to her, and she’s been invaluable in guiding his training—from basic manners and vet visit prep to nosework and agility. Laura’s expertise, patience, and genuine love for dogs shine through in everything she does. We couldn’t be more grateful for her, and Mackie absolutely adores his time with her.
Recently Laura and I had a disagreement on the refund that she gave me. She has had a nasty attitude and now has attempted to file a civil threat due to the negative review that I gave her. I advise everyone to steer clear of her trouble
