Laura is the best. We had two dogs that were always fighting. Laura came to our house to meet with us and them and spent time getting to know them. She did training with them here at our home and at her wonderful facilities. She also trained us (showed us how to do the training ourselves to reinforce what she was doing). Showing us how to do training also made the cost of training even more reasonable. It is obvious that Laura truly loves her job and all the animals she works with. That love shows up in how much effort she puts into her work and in how well she relates to all her human and canine clients. One thing I will never forget is the first time Laura came to our home. She was working with the two dogs who had the issue of fighting, but we also have a third dog. I mentioned to Laura that he is claustrophobic. She immediately knew what caused this and she proved she knew by asking me only one question about his past. It was amazing- like she was a mind reader. Right then I knew we had chosen the best trainer. Years later we called Laura with a new issue. She remembered all three of our dogs and solved our problem over the phone. You cannot do better than Laura.

I felt Laura doubted us from the beginning and made poor excuses as to why things were not up to 'her standards.' I appreciate her love for dogs and we did well with the training but she seemed power happy about who she deemed worthy of completing training and who didn't, eventhough she was happy to take the money. We stopped training with Laura after the issues and got behind with COIVD but the picture I posted is of a good girl that's now CGC approved through a different trainer.
