Love unleashed k9! They worked with us to ensure that we and our dog were completely comfortable working with each other and that we were given the skills to continue her training when we got home. Kenneth and Emilie are super at spending time with us answering any questions and addressing any concerns that we had. If you are looking for someone who really knows how to handle dogs and give them the training you desire for your dog, you will be beyond excited with the results from Unleashed k9.

We couldn’t be happier with the results of Loki’s 6-week board and train program! Loki, our 2-year-old, had developed some challenges related to littermate syndrome with his brother, Ash. He struggled with confidence when separated, and we knew this was something we needed to address for his overall well-being. The trainers were amazing from day one, taking the time to understand Loki’s specific needs and tailoring the program to help him build independence and confidence. It was clear they had experience with situations like ours, and they approached Loki’s challenges with patience and expertise. The transformation has been incredible. Loki came back to us more confident, focused, and balanced. He’s now able to thrive on his own without relying on Ash for comfort. Beyond addressing his confidence, the program also helped him develop rock-solid obedience skills. Commands like sit, stay, come, and heel are now second nature to him, even in new and distracting environments. The trainers didn’t just stop at working with Loki—they made sure we were equipped to maintain the progress at home. They walked us through everything he had learned, provided practical strategies, and offered follow-up support to ensure the transition went smoothly. This experience has been a turning point for Loki, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He’s happier, more confident, and better able to enjoy life as his own individual dog. If you’re considering a board and train program for your pup, especially if they have unique challenges, we highly recommend it. It was truly worth every bit of time and investment!

Eta: in response to the business response, how am I supposed to know this seminar is hosted by an IGP club? Nowhere on the flyer does it state who is hosting besides using an unleashed k9 email. And nowhere did it state in the flyer nor email when registering, fees were completely non-refundable. I registered and paid in full for a seminar last spring that took place Thanksgiving weekend. My grandma died that Tuesday and I emailed Emilie stating I wouldn't be able to attend due to needing to go to a funeral out of state. I asked about a partial refund because I did not use a working spot which means there is more time to work other dogs. I'm more upset that I didn't get any response after sending a second email and waiting another week versus no refund. A little understanding and communication goes a long way. In the future, I recommend you take a partial non-refundable down payment and full payment at the seminar. Sometimes life happens and I hope no future customers are out money due to unforeseen circumstances.
