FirstBarkJames and his awesome assistant were great! They came right on the schedule time and we're extremely helpful with getting us on track with Zeus. Looking forward to more sessions and working with him more! Highly recommended if you are looking for a trainer in the area.

We are extremely pleased with the training that our 1 yo lab received with James and the pack. Trooper is a very smart dog but needed a little refining in that he loves everyone hence would jump on anyone in sight to show his love! James worked with Trooper for 3 weeks and he is a different dog in a good way. He is still our Trooper but in control. James and Kandi were very responsive to texts, questions, etc. I trusted them even to the point of boarding Trooper with them while on a recent vacation. If you want to enjoy your dog to the max, take him/her in public with no worries, etc, James is the trainer for you. I can't recommend him enough. Go get yo dog trained!
The staff is awesome , they are friendly, out going, energetic, and amazing with there training. My dog is stubborn but James made progress with him. I'd recommend Upstate to anyone.
James definitely knows what he is doing and got results quickly! We had two puppy training sessions with our 3 month old lab puppy and are extremely pleased with the results. James addressed all question and concerns, so we could continue the training at home with confidence.
James is excellent. He knows dogs. I can’t say enough. I highly recommend Upstate Dog Academy!!!
