Only giving 1 star because we cannot give negative stars. In my experience, this trainer guy is rude and condescending. He clearly doesn't know how to talk to people. He asked me if I was taking my golden retriever puppy for 2 walks a day I said I wasn't because I'm worried about my puppy not being fully vaccinated. he told me ALL dogs are vaccinated (which is untrue). and he said "are you going to do what I say or are you just going to keep coming up with excuses for why you don't want to socialize your dog". Excuse me? I actually do socialize him but I do it with dogs I trust in a safe space like a fenced-in yard. He then slapped a harness on my puppy and held him up to a gate where a German shepherd puppy twice his size was barking and freaking out. My puppy was clearly frightened and trying to get away. So traumatic. I never want my puppy to feel unsafe and this probably undid the weeks of intentional socializing we've been working on. The guy got mad when I didn't want him giving his own treats to my puppy (I had brought my own and his seemed communal like half chewed treats in kongs.. gross. I am very careful about my puppy's nutrition and I didn't want to risk my dog getting sick like the other dogs in the reviews) and then he kept making backhanded comments about it. He asked me a question about what I feed and while I was answering, he told me to stop talking and to "let (him) finish (his) spiel because (he's) done this hundreds of times". A good dog trainer is flexible and makes training your dog work for you and your wishes and your lifestyle. They don't disrespect you and insist that their rigid way is the only way. I've personally trained many service dogs before and was just there so my puppy could meet other puppies in a controlled and safe environment. Never going back again since I don't feel like paying to screw up my dog. Honestly so shocking and upsetting. I truly feel sad for any family that cares about their puppy so much that they pay good money to do something enriching for their pup and, instead, end up being treated this way.

Drayton is super knowledgeable with dogs(bully breeds more so) only reason I say bully breeds more so is because they can be a little more hard headed then most breeds. He is great with all dogs. He can predict to a certain extent of what is going to happen in the room and he keeps a very trained eye on all the puppies/dogs while still being able to communicate with you on the side line and explaining what he's doing. He not only helps to train your pup but he also helps to train you as a dog owner to give your pup/dog the best chance of success at being a happy healthy pup/dog.
