I truly cannot say enough good things about Sergio and the work he did with Bruno, our 6 month old Bernedoodle. Bruno came to him as a big, energetic puppy who was basically all over the place. Six weeks later, we brought home the same happy, lovable dog, but one who actually listens and is SO much more manageable. Bruno is already 63 pounds, so having a dog his size who will sit, stay, place, down, come when called, get into the car when asked, and actually listen to us has made such a huge difference in our everyday life. The change has honestly exceeded my expectations. What impressed me just as much as Bruno’s progress was the amount of time and effort Sergio put into the entire process. He kept us involved, showed us what he was working on, and helped teach us how to continue everything at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with and wants both the dog AND the owner to succeed. We took Bruno to the vet after coming home, and even the vet commented on how incredibly well behaved he was. That was such a great feeling, especially knowing what a handful this big puppy was before training! Our kids are very happy with him and our youngest daughter was so happy about it she insisted she write her own review (see pictures) Getting Bruno was something that was very meaningful to our family because of my father-in-law, and I wanted so badly for this to work. Sergio helped turn Bruno into a dog that we can truly enjoy taking places and having as part of our everyday lives instead of constantly trying to manage him. If you’re considering sending your dog to Sergio, I absolutely recommend him. Six weeks made an incredible difference for Bruno and for us. We are so grateful for everything he did and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Absolutely worth it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also worth noting that we loved the training so much that we recommended his brother Benji for training (my cousin has Bruno’s brother) and he will be going for training here soon! Can’t wait to see his results as well!

Max is my 7-year-old Belgian Malinois with a wonderful personality. He is energetic, loves people, and never passes up the chance to play ball. While he did well in a kennel, he struggled with significant anxiety whenever I wasn’t around. He also had a strong instinct to chase anything that moved in the yard and would bark excessively at other dogs. Enrolling Max at Valencia K9 Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The time away was so hard, but I had training sessions with Sergio and Max that were so beneficial. Sergio has done an outstanding job helping Max become calmer, more obedient, and much more responsive to commands. The transformation has been remarkable. Max no longer barks at the dogs outside, and he even watched a squirrel run through the yard without trying to chase it—a milestone I never thought I’d see. Walks and outings have become so much more enjoyable. Max can now walk calmly through stores without pulling me in every direction, and his overall demeanor is noticeably more relaxed and controlled. I am incredibly grateful to Sergio and Valencia K9 Academy for the patience, expertise, and dedication they invested in Max. The improvement in his behavior and confidence has made a tremendous difference in both of our lives. I highly recommend Valencia K9 Academy to anyone looking for exceptional dog training and lasting results. Max graduated on 7/30/26 and came home.

Sergio at Valencia k9 has been such a blessing to our family. He was so professional and prompt on every meeting and training appt. . He was So patient with Keith and I ( truth be known, he probably felt like he was training us more than the pups lol😂. He genuinely treated our fur babies like family . We appreciate that he included them with some of his children’s daily activities and kept that warm family atmosphere going. He was so kind , yet firm with our babies to bring out the best in them . All tho they are our babies , we love the fact now that we don’t have to worry about them jumping on people because they’re so excited to see them and barking excessively at any noise . We definitely highly recommend him and feel we got more than our moneys worth . When he delivered them back to us , he brought every tool needed to continue their training . It looked liked Christmas as he unboxed all the goodies ( and might I add , everything he brought for them was quality products ) . Again , we knew by his actions and the results of the pups that he doesn’t just do this for an income , his heart is truly in it with nothing less than perfection and quality !! Thank you Sergio !!
