Jenna and I have been in communication since early 2021 when my puppy was supposed to come home. Due to a series of unfortunate events I did not get a puppy until November 2021. We did virtual lessons until my dog was able to get in for his puppy head start board and train. Jenna remained open, helpful, and excited the entire time. A major bonus is when she says she’s not sure but is going to check with her boss or colleague. Her commitment to teaching us correctly is applaudable!
My puppy and I just finished my first of three or four board and trains with Jenna! She makes the virtual/go home lessons easy to understand with a piece that’s quick enough for it to feel fun without being overwhelming.
I’m very excited to continue working with Jenna over the next year or two as my puppy continues his service dog training.

I am truly grateful for the training my service dog received from Taya Hekking. He is PATT-3 certified for public access and task-trained to assist with my PTSD, anxiety, and chronic insomnia.
A cashier at Albertsons recently commented that Parson is better behaved than her 9-year old. If you need canine assistance for behavioral and emotional support, Valor K9 Academy is the best training facility for veterans and first responders.
I heartily endorse Taya and Valor K9 Academy.

We are so thankful for Samantha Lee and Valor K9 Academy. Samantha has a wealth of knowledge concerning dog and puppy behavior, therefore, our 8 week old puppy, Finn, received excellent training. We know he loved his two week stay with Sam as we we had daily updates with pictures of his lessons. So happy we took the advice of friends who had Samantha Lee train their dog!

The owner, Amy, is beyond professional. She took Millie into her own care when a change of trainers was needed mid training. She went above and beyond. I could feel she really cared about Millie.

I really can't say enough about how happy we are that we chose Valor K9 this go around of puppyhood! Our trainer Samantha made it so easy to learn how to do things better & sensibly to have a better behaved, happier dog that is a total joy to be around. I wish I would've invested in this with our older dog as I know it would have saved us alot of headaches, tears, messes & long term behaviors that are much harder to break now. Highly recommend them for any age dog!
