Recently our 2 year old German Shepherd completed a 6 week Board & Train with trainer Samantha. We are so amazed by what she was able to accomplish with him! Mazer went to Sam with no manners. He was living day to day on a hair thin trigger. Multiple times a day he would just explode. We were unable to go for walks without him charging and barking at other dogs, and even people. The final straw was when he got excited and bit our nephew during a big family dinner. After 6 weeks with Sam, Mazer is a perfect gentleman. He doesn’t bark or lunge at other dogs. He is able to regulate his emotions and no longer gets so excited that he’s biting. Mazer is living his best life thanks to trainer Samantha. We would recommend Valor K9 Academy to all dog owners. Amy and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and realistic.

My 4 year old standard poodle just completed 2 months of canine training with Jenna. I couldn’t be happier with how much more confident he is and the commands that he has learned. When he started this training, he had very poor impulse control, wouldn’t listen and was scared of everything. With Jenna’s help and expert guidance, he now knows basic commands, will listen to me and has boosted his confidence. Jenna is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. This past November 2021 we decided to have Valor K9 Boise train our 6 month old Australian Shepard puppy, Jade. We signed up for the 3-week board and train with Jenna and we couldn't be happier with results! Jade's obedience and ability to follow commands exceeds our expectations! We can't say enough about Jenna, she is an amazing trainer, her love for dogs and expertise in training shows in her work. She is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer any questions we had, before, during and after Jades training. She gave us several updates throughout Jades board and train, making us feel confident and comfortable leaving our puppy in her care. Jade received excellent care and amazing results! We left with the knowledge, foundation and tools to continue to be successful at home. My Husband and I can't thank Jenna enough! We are always getting complements on how well behaved our now, 9 moth old puppy is. If you are at all questioning whether or not to do the training, just do it, you will not be disappointed!
