This review is only based off of the training services I’ve received. I have taken my dog (gsd/lab mix) here for two different trainings. One was the bark to basics class when he was 8 months old. I signed him up as i just rescued him and he needed some help with leash pulling etc. I loved this class & the trainer Levi was great! He answered any question I had and my dog improved so much by the end. However, the second training, which was the canine good citizen class, was horrible. I was hoping to have Levi again but instead had the owner as the trainer. I thought the class would be even better in that case but instead the class was given a sales pitch multiple times throughout the class. If you had a question in regards to what you are learning in the class, she wouldn’t answer but instead hand you a flyer for a seminar where your question will be answered while also paying additional money. I was also separated from the group multiple times with my dog as he was acting “aggressive” towards another gsd in the class. This gsd was the “aggressor” which it really was just fearfully reacting towards every dog and the people in the class. My dog was fine with all of the dogs besides this one as it would bear its teeth,lunge,growl at him. So after two classes of my dog not responding to the gsd he decided to react back but only when the other dog initiated it. I however don’t understand why my dog who was fine with all the other dogs had to be put outside to do the trainings by myself and get checked on once in awhile. While the dog who was reacting to EVERY dog & person was allowed to stay inside. She was also so incredibly rude to another couple who had a very high energy and nervous dog. She would make comments about them and their dog and after the second class the couple never came back.

As a repeat client of Wag n Tails, Christine recommended Conor for our at home puppy training. Conor was prompt and on time for all six home classes. We found him very animated and filled with energy. Very positive and appropriate, never once engaging in anything other than his mission. We would highly recommend Conor with five stars.
