We are so pleased and have nothing but great feelings towards this establishment, however today after grooming we were unable to leave a tip on card. I had mistakenly pre-paid for the service after navigating their new booking website, so the service was already covered. But, I wanted to leave a tip after the groomer did such an incredible job, as always. Unfortunately I did not have any cash to leave and wanted to tip on card. Two groomers tried to figure out a way to charge me a tip, and couldn't. I offered ideas such as sending me an invoice, and I asked the groomer if I could Venmo her the tip...I was kind of ignored/ the groomer did not respond to my ideas. As I was leaving I told the groomer I would bring her a tip next time we schedule a service and she said a comment that suggested it was my fault I couldn't leave a tip. I am just a little disappointed/confused, please consider adding additional ways to tip your amazing team. :(
This was our first time bringing our toy goldendoodle to Wag 'N' Tails Studio and we felt very comfortable leaving her for her 'spa' day. : ) We actually loved how she looked and are happy to have found Way 'N' Tails.
Always friendly dogs cut always good.
Very friendly, professional and polite. For the first haircut, we discussed thoroughly what was needed and how they would accomplish it. They also took the time to discuss our pups in general (personality, etc). I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there and they looked great when I picked them up! My dogs were happy too!
