With her incredible patience and gentle techniques, we were able to identify triggers and redirect unwanted behaviors in our pup. She was always responsive and even helped recommend several products like foods, toys and harnesses for our picky pup. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Nicki and What the Ruff dog training!

Nicki worked wonders with our cranky Lhasa. Roscoe would never let us do any eye or ear drops. He would bite and be aggressive. Last winter, he was diagnosed with a chronic eye condition that requires daily drops .Nicki help us get him used to doing the drops at home with us. She was kind and patient and worked slowly at his pace . After each session, she gave us notes and things to try. I can not believe what she achieved with him. He now gets excited when we say his cue words and lets my husband put the drops in. We are so grateful to Nicki!

Nicki is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and trains dogs using positive reinforcement. Our dogs fell in love with her and we learned so much. She’s great for walking and training. Highly recommend.
