Wolf Pack Canine

Very disappointed in this facility! Won’t recommend anymore. Some of the girls there are friendly and some not so much! I made a phone call for heads up had to pick up my dog early for family emergency- I was told I couldn’t come in until 4, policy! Someone didn’t understand the word emergency- policy don’t apply when the word emergency is used in a sentence!!!!!!! Left me to snap at her on the phone…. I wasn’t leaving my dog behind….. as far as the assistant Manager Brittany goes, she needs training!

We recently boarded our dog, Kash, at WolfPack Canine, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear that he was in the hands of a dedicated and caring team. They took the time to understand Kash's unique personality and needs, making him feel comfortable and loved. WolfPack’s facility is clean, and spacious with plenty of room for play and rest. We loved getting updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease. It’s rare to find a boarding place that treats your pet like family, but WolfPack Canine absolutely does. Thank you for taking such great care of Kash – we’ll be back soon!

Recently, I brought my girlfriend's dog in for boarding, needing only Saturday. However, I was informed that due to being short-staffed on Sundays, I wouldn't be able to pick up the dog until Monday. I dropped her off at 11 a.m. on Saturday and picked her up at 8 a.m. on Monday, only to find that I was charged for 3 days. Additionally, when I picked up the dog, she smelled like urine and felt sticky to the touch. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff about being overcharged and the condition of the dog, but their response was dismissive, showing a clear lack of concern. I'm genuinely worried about the care provided at this facility and its suitability for boarding dogs. I still haven't heard anything from leadership at this facility and feel I may need to address those concerns in some other means.
