Can Youngs dog training class help with aggressive dogs
Unfortunately no, Group obedience classes are not the best learning environment for dogs with behavioral issues. Group classes work best for dogs that are in a calm emotional state and are receptive to learning. Dogs with behavioral issues are heavily focused and can not process new information and put you and your dog at risk of hurting yourself or others. Individual lessons with a trainer utilizing non aversive methods would be your best option. Then over time with clear and consistent training the possibility of getting into an obedience class is likely.

I have nothing but good things to say about Young’s dog training! We started in his beginner class with our puppy and it was incredible everything that she learned as well as what we learned as owners. Jonathan does a great job of teaching the owners how to effectively communicate with their pet in order to gain positive results. He provides great handouts that review the weekly lessons and checks in to make sure everyone is experiencing success. Jonathan is very a very knowledgeable and talented instructor and I would highly recommend his business.

I have seen Jonathan work with dogs first hand an it is top notch. If you are wanting anything from basic or advanced training to behavior an so much more. I wouldn't want to trust anyone else with my fur baby. He is very skilled in what he does an the quality of work shows after. I would recommend him to anyone.
