Your Best Buddy Dog Training

When we got our Russell Terrier “Jimi” last year as an 8 week old puppy, we were prepared for all the joys and challenges a puppy brings…we thought. Jimi came to us with a little something extra – Separation Anxiety. While he’s grown to be (almost) perfect in every way, he will not be left alone. He doesn’t need to be with me and my wife – anyone will do. Lynn's help with this has been invaluable. She’s developed a series of easy to follow “missions”, all designed to desensitize Jimi to our departure. These repeated exercises have enable Jimi to endure longer and longer periods of being by himself - not long, up to about 32 minutes, but it's working. We've always have pets, but never one we this issue. Lynn's clear, methodical approach and unwavering willingness to keep seeking what will work for Jimi keeps us encouraged to continue with her and what we know will be Jimi's ultimate success.
