I have a very stubborn daschund, also adorable but he hates it when I leave the house. I never leave for long, but how long can it take to help rehabilitate him from separation anxiety?

Yes, I can help dogs with Separation Anxiety. Using systematic desensitization I can help your dog overcome separation anxiety. Since all training is done remotely using Zoom, it does not matter how far you are.

I've worked with Lynn with 2 of my dogs. My 2 daughters have taken their dogs for training, as well. I currently have a new rescue that really needed training and Lynn did wonders! Shes knowledgeable, professional, gentle but firm, friendly, relatable and the dogs seem to know that! Plus, we have a lot of fun! Humans have a responsibility to train and know how to train their dogs to have a great relationship. Lynn is a great trainer and shes also very careful and takes precautions because of covid. I cant recommend her highly enough!

I cannot say enough about how helpful Lynn was with our almost 3 year old Aussie! We had a problem with aggression and called her right away. She was able to start meeting at our home the next week, and we had several sessions in which she assessed him, helped us learn skills for addressing the underlying anxiety that caused the aggression, and gave us great suggestions for Daycare, Vets in the area, etc. It was nice to work with someone who clearly loves dogs but also understands how stressful it can be for the humans to address problem behaviors in dogs. Lynn wrote up an entire summary of his assessment and offered tips immediately for some of the more overt anxious behaviors. She also taught us about recognizing less clear signs that a dog is feeling anxious. Roux loved the sessions and has benefitted from the skills that Lynn taught us. She also spent time talking with us about getting ready for a baby when a dog is in the home, and she let us know that if we have issues when the baby comes next year she is only a call away. It has definitely removed a lot of my anxiety. Overall, she was wonderful and I would 100% recommend her.

When we rescued our second dog, Evie, walks became completely unmanageable. I reached out to Lynn in the midst of the COVID pandemic for some help. Lynn came to our house and worked with our girls (safely outside) and after just a few visits, I had tools to be able to take them for a walk! We worked on a few other behaviors too. I am so grateful and couldn’t recommend Your Best Buddy Dog Training enough.
