I had high hopes for Your Best Dog Yet based on initial impressions, but my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, my calls and messages have gone unanswered. This lack of communication reflects a troubling level of unprofessionalism. Additionally, it became evident that Your Best Dog Yet may be apprehensive about handling more challenging cases. When communicating my dog's specific needs by voicemail, there seems to be a reluctance to engage with with me on my dogs complex issues, which raises concerns about their ability to manage difficult situations effectively. For anyone considering their services, be prepared for potential delays in communication and a possible hesitation to take on tougher cases. Reliable and confident handling of all types of training scenarios is essential to me, and unfortunately, Your Best Dog Yet did not meet these expectations. I hope this feedback helps others who are seeking a more dependable and capable dog trainer. I’ll be looking elsewhere for someone who is both responsive and equipped to handle all training challenges.
