We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

Puppy School was so much fun but most importantly we learned a lot. We were really impressed with the trainers and attention to detail with everything. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to do more classes with them.

The only thing positive about this class was the puppy socialization at winter park location. During orientation, I specifically asked about the difference between the 4+ month old class and the puppy socialization class. I was told the only difference between the puppy class and + 4 month old was if the dog was vaccinated or not, which wasn’t true. Also, the trainer we had on Sunday morning class for the 4+ month old was rude. She criticized without giving much feed back. She made us feel isolated from the class which is also mentioned in a previous review. Our puppy was barking and she taught us “puppy time out” which is not positive reinforcement. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. We still have classes that we purchased but they will just go to waste because it’s not worth the time.

I absolutely love the motto "We don't train dogs, we train the people who love them". And its SO true. Having a special needs dog and having to participate in private classes to continue her training, then being turned down by private trainers I finally found Zoom Room. What a game changer. We're learning so much in according to my schedule. Tori and James are so positive and communicate so well. The whole experience has been a game changer for my dog and I.
Amazing staff and variety of classes. I have 2 rescues that we have been working with, have done a variety of classes and private training and play sessions. My dogs love coming here. Highly recommended.
