We are thrilled with the results from Best By Farr Dog Training for our 18-month-old Bichon, Lucy. We did a ton of research before deciding where to take our Cane Corso for boarding training, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Best by Farr. Our dog was extremely nervous around strangers and difficult to control, but after the 5-week board and train program, the transformation has been incredible. He no longer pulls on the leash at all, responds to commands quickly and reliably, and is now calm and controlled around new people. What really impressed us was that the training didn’t stop when we picked him up—Chris continued working with us through weekly lessons to make sure WE knew how to handle him correctly at home. Our dog is so much more confident around strangers now, and we feel confident handling him as well. It’s clear that Chris is highly experienced and truly an expert in his field. Chris did a great job of training, both me and my dog. He uses a lot of relevant analogies to get across the concepts, and he’s always checking-in to assure we’re on the same page with expectations and how we’re progressing. He helped me learn to be a better handler and trainer so that my dog and I can continue to learn and train beyond our lesson time with Chris.
