I can’t say enough good things about Courtney and Brittni. From the first outreach and many follow up questions, Courtney was responsive, patient and kind while providing information that allowed me to make the informed decision to take my pup to Bold City K9. My pup Tucker trained with Brittni and his transformation was nothing short of a miracle. He went to her anxious, unable to listen, hardly sleeping, pulling and lunging and came back calm, easy to work with and so much happier. Since picking him up, I have reached out with questions and Brittni has been so helpful and responsive. Brittni also came to the house to help us with training in our environment. Thank you so much - what you do is so important and has helped me and my pup build a better relationship!

I can't even begin to explain the feeling of gratitude I have for Courtney and her husband. I had done lots of research on board and train facilities for my GSD Zeus, who was a rescue. Zeus had been trained by a police officer prior to my deciding to hire Bold City K9. Zeus did well, however the officers schedule changed and I was unable to coordinate to keep up Zeus's training. During this period another dog showed up in our neighborhood, my husband and Zeus fell in love...hence Athena was added to the family. All we knew about Athena was her breed, a Catahoula. Courtney was aware we didn't have any background on Athena or what her previous life was like. I was scheduled to deliver both dogs to Courtney on Sunday May 5, 2024. On May 4th my husband had an emergency health crisis and was transported to the hospital.....I sent Courtney a text to ask if there was any way possible to drop the dogs off a day early due to this health crisis. She quickly responded and said absolutely. Before that moment I had never met Courtney and only communicated via IG or Email. The minute I met her I felt relief. She told me to focus on my husband and not to worry about the dogs. Little did I know life had different plans and we left our dogs with Courtney for 8 weeks. When my husband and I went out to pick them up they were totally different dogs....they were TRAINED!! I couldn't have been happier!!! Fast forward through the months of 2024. Courtney has been out to our home to help us with training on some issues my husband and I couldn't quite get right in our home scenario. Courtney taught us the proper way to handle the issue as it pertained to our house lay out and visitors. After some reinforcement, my husband and I, along with our dogs were trained! In October of 2024, my husband broke his hip, once again I called Courtney to see about boarding the dogs for an extended period of time to get us through the hospital, PT, and the learning to navigate the house with a walker. Courtney was booked, but took our dogs anyhow. She not only delivered them back to our house, she stayed and worked with the dogs and their interacting with my husband who was using a walker and couldn't bear weight...meaning no dogs on the couch...which was a new thing for them while my husband was recovering. Courtney has saved our butts on more than one occasion with boarding. Not only does she board, my dogs get reinforcement training while they are boarding. Did I mention I honestly couldn't be happier!!!! Our dogs are so well behaved...our neighbors comment all the time they wish their dogs were so well behaved. So if you are on the fence about Courtney training your dogs....don't be! My dogs are very important to me....yes, I'm one of those people. When our dogs boarding I don't have to give a second thought or worry to the care and training when they are with Courtney. We absolutely love her!!!

We are so grateful to bold city K9. Brittany is amazing and loves our dog so much which makes a huge difference I feel when it comes to teaching them new things. Our hound Hank was quite a challenging dog to begin with. At no fault of his own but it was to the point where I was ready to rehome him. He came to us as a stray when we were just about to welcome a new baby into our world. It was just way too much to handle all at one time. Now that he has gotten such good training, we cannot wait to see what life has in store for Hank! He’s going to be the best family dog. We are so grateful.
