FirstBarkWe had Brittany as the instructor for our pup’s Basic Manners class. She was great to work with: she provided clear instruction and helpful advice, created a positive learning environment for the pups, and was willing to drill down on more specific issues we were having. Super prompt communication via e-mail, and took COVID precautions seriously to keep everyone safe. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was working with Brittany. Our 11-month old rescue was highly leash reactive--pulling and lunging after every dog she saw while out for walks--and nothing we were trying seemed to be working. We worked with different trainers, read books and blogs, and spent a small fortune on harnesses and leashes; but, ultimately, it was Brittany who did the trick. Brittany was amazing from our initial consult. She observed our dog closely, patiently answered all of our questions, and even spent extra time with us providing feedback and recommendations. After just three weeks of training with Brittany, we saw a noticeable difference. Through it all, Brittany did an incredible job of keeping us updated on progress--sending videos from her 1:1 training sessions with our dog, providing thoughtful recommendations during our weekly group training sessions, and sending detailed, incredibly helpful observations and tips after training wrapped up every week. Our dog is far less reactive now and improving every day with the tips that Brittany provided. Words can't describe how grateful I am for Brittany's help. We were at our complete breaking point before we started working with her, feeling hopeless, defeated, and exhausted. With all the progress we've seen, we're feeling far more optimistic and confident about what's next with our pup. I highly recommend working with Brittany!
Brittany is a wonderful dog trainer. She knows how to handle so many different issues and takes her time to explain why your dog will respond to what she's suggesting. I love that she takes the time to recap your session at length in writing since I always seem to forget some aspects of what she mentioned.

Brittany was unflappably positive, provided tons of examples and ideas about how to get our dogs to be model citizens, and followed through with solutions for our issues.
