Dog Days Training Center

Dog Days is such an excellent place to board and train, 5 stars are not enough. The land is beautiful, the training facilities excellent; there is ample space to run and play, an amazing pond to swim in on hot summer days, and everything clean and orderly. I brought my 6 month old puppy there for 2 weeks, and she went from a challenging puppy to sweet and responsive. I am so grateful for their experience with many, many dog personalities, to be able to customize my pup's training to her developmental needs, and the ways I lacked understanding how to bring out the best in her. They sent updates and photos along the way, and a final assessment of her strengths and weaknesses--and ways I needed to continue what they started. They helped me grow as a dog owner in my responsibilities to train and shape my dog into the amazing dog she is still becoming. I give them 10 stars!

I have absolute confidence in the team (Laurie, Sally, and Adam) at Dog Days to train my dogs - and me. Over the years each of my dogs has gone through the board and train program, and each is a better behaved and more attentive (and relaxed) pup as a result. If you want to be told that your dog is a perfect angel and or you don't appreciate constructive criticism, Dog Days isn't for you. But if you truly want to have a good relationship with your dog and understand how to be a good leader, you can't do any better! A friend was close to relinquishing her stubborn, seemingly untrainable dog, but after I referred her to Dog Days, the dog is calm, listens to my friend, and is a very nice family pet. Highly recommended!! 🐾

We brought our 6 month old Bernadoodle to Dog Days Training Center after being referred by our vet. The fact a vet referred them was a good sign to me. Well, the vet knew what he was talking about. The approach they take at Dog Days is amazing. They really get to know your specific dog and what that dog needs from you as an owner to make everyone's life happy! My dog went from pulling like crazy on the leash to walking right next to me. When we get another dog, Dog Days will be the first call we make. Sending the dog back there to board when we go out of town is another great way to refresh the training. Overall great people, great facility and we highly recommend Dog Days to anyone with a puppy or a dog with some seemingly unbreakable bad habits!!!

Dog Days is fantastic. Our 1.5 year old Whoodle did the 1mo board and train program. Laurie, Shay and Adam are all extremely knowledgable about canine behavior. This is a no-nonsense training, and extremely effective in explaining your dog's interpretation of the world. We continue to feel well supported by the team with periodic check ins, and they are always prompt to respond to questions. If you are reading this review, it is because you are looking to have a better behaved dog. Spend the money, send your dog to Laurie and team, you will not regret it!
