Dog Psychology and Training Center

We cannot say enough good things about DPTC. We have a 4 year old dachshund, Scarlett, that was quite stubborn and difficult to train. She definitely thought she was the leader of our pack! Krystal was so knowledgeable and reassuring during the initial consultation session so we decided to enroll her in the board and train program for 2 weeks. Their training center is so clean and very well organized. The results have been amazing. Eric’s training of Scarlett was very impressive and she clearly trusted him. He provided very thorough training to us doggie parents as well during the Go Home Orientations and Follow-Up Session. It made the transition of bringing Scarlett home go very smoothly. Scarlett is doing so well and our home is a much more peaceful place now thanks to Krystal and Eric’s efforts. Our friends that have visited noticed a major improvement in Scarlett’s behavior as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs training for their fur babies!

If you are looking for a great place for your dog to be trained, this is the right one. We were so close to re-home one of our dogs but I wanted to give this last trainer a try and I couldn’t be more than happy. Krystal gave us hope that life could be way easier after having one dog trained and so we decided to do it with Zoey. Not one minute have I had a bad feeling to drop off Zoey at people I haven’t known before. They provided short clips almost on a daily base to show the progress of all dogs. They have go home orientation where they teach you how to do your homework with the dog and they even have follow up meetings where again they show you more commands. But there is more they send your emails, you can check their YouTube clips etc pp Eric and Krystal do their job with love and passion and if you have any problems they try to find a solution. You will never feel alone with your dog’s problem. We are so happy that we brought our Zoey to them.

With five kids (two with special needs), our puppy was becoming more than we could handle. We had gates every where and could not leave her for more than 10 minutes without taking a chance that she would chew something up. We had done some basic puppy training in our home but it just wasn't enough. The Dog Psychology and Training Center was exactly what we needed! They walked us through four weeks of training, and after completely the classes, we feel like we have a completely different dog. Our puppy is now such a pleasure instead of a frustration.
