Imprinted Paws

Nothing but positive things to say about the program. We brought our rescue, Charlie, in to help with his behavior. He is a happy dog, but was overly aggressive when people would come over. Jumping on them, licking, need constant attention, etc. which made it difficult to have people over. We were very apprehensive about training, because he is a happy dog and we did not want to lose that joy. He did the two week board and train and it has been life changing. He is still the happy dog, but now understands his role, which has made him even more happy because he is able to engage with people. Plus, he is able to take walks now. Before the training, he constantly pulled and my kids could not talk him. Now, he walks great, doesn’t pull, doesn’t get distracted by other people/dogs, etc. my kids can take him on walks. Valerie and her team are amazing. Would strongly recommend!

My Wheaten terrier spent a month with Valerie in the Board and Train program and the results have been incredible! He was so anxious and excitable, and now he can chill politely in the room with tons of company over (no more Wheaten Greetin') and ignore the vacuum cleaner. One thing I really appreciated about working with Imprinted Paws was that Valerie really cares about making sure that I am fully equipped to work with my dog moving forward. Just an incredible experience all around.
