Poppy has been a stellar advocate for my pup and has provided clear and effective methods to help with his reactivity. My dog adores her and every experience has been really positive. Working with Instinct trainer Claire has been a transformational experience for my 2-year-old pup (and me as well). She employs clear, effective techniques and builds layered skills that are helping the dog work through some of the phobias and quirks he's developed (while helping me learn how to reinforce the training). She is adaptable and thinks quickly on the fly as well, pivoting to help us navigate new challenges. And Claire remains highly engaged between sessions, too, answering questions and thinking about things for us to work on. In short, the training support is as wonderful as the sessions themselves.
