K9 Control Training

I was completely satisfied with K9 Control Training. Owen is very knowledgeable about dog training and did a really great job of explaining to me why Sam was exhibiting the behavior that she was. He and Hannah clearly did a superb job with Sam as her behavior was so positively modified. I also love that they have follow on training that you can attend after your dog’s training is complete. Olivia in the office was really helpful too when I called with questions. All three obviously love animals and work really hard to make your dog’s training successful. I would send Sam to this training again. Well worth the money spent. Great people. Great place.

What can I say? I was blown away by all the results and pleased with all the training. Marina is my second English Lab retriever who has trained with K-9 Control training. Owen has started working with Marina to prepare her to be a full-fledged service animal. Owen spent two months training Marina with specific tasks. Marina is my anxiety service dog. Marina is aware of how to read my anxiety levels. Marina knows how to perform pressure points on my chest to relax my anxiety levels. The training will continue for the next two years and a lifetime support with Marina and me. FYI, this is the second dog they have trained for me

I waited just over a month to leave a review so that I could give a very detailed and thorough review! I picked up my boy April 26th and I was nervous! Owen, Hannah and Olivia are all amazing and help with ANYTHING you need. I went in for my initial consult (which is free) and Owen was amazing at explaining why Kaine was doing what he was doing. We agreed to a 6 week board and train. I received weekly Report Cards with the good the bad and the ugly! They tell you upfront and honestly what the issues they are having are, how they will work to fix them and anything else going on the upcoming week. Upon pick up you as the owner go through a rigorous training session with your dog and learn the new ways to communicate and handle them. I was very surprised on the change in Kaine and how responsive he was to me. Kaine was/is hardheaded and sometimes still wants to give me a hard time, but with the training and knowledge that was instilled in me and ANY time I need help I can just reach out for help! Since coming home, Kaine has been the best companion. I can take him anywhere and he is absolutely PERFECT in public situations. I take him to work and to Lowe’s and Tractor Supply! Literally anywhere he can go! He is a very large dog and gets a lot of looks and people wanting to touch him and Owen and Hannah taught me how to make sure he was comfortable in those situations! I can’t wait to go to a monthly meeting and we Owen and Hannah to show them our progress! Thank you so very much again for everything and giving us back a very well mannered family member!
