K9 Reset

Rich did wonders for our dog and helped to train our family on how to continue training at home to meet her needs. He listened to what our struggles were with our dog and really focused training on what she needed. His communication with us while our dog stayed with him was above and beyond. He continues to check in with us now that training is over and takes time to help us as concerns come up. Highly recommend any of his services!

Came to Rich with an 85 pound, 9 month old Shepherd mix who was reactive, impulsive, difficult to walk and in constant need of attention/entertainment. Yes, Rich did a great job in training him, but more importantly taught him to calm down, and taught us how to manage him. He's only been home for two weeks and we have a completely different dog. He's happier, we're happier and we've only just begun. I highly recommend Rich; he has helped us to get the dog we want and need.

I can’t say enough good things about Rich! From the moment we spoke with him on the phone , it was clear he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping dogs (and their owners! ). We came to him with a few challenges with our 9 month old Bernadoodle —primarily off-leash and on-leash walking—and some general house manner issues. His approach was patient, consistent, and tailored to our dog’s specific needs. We did the 1 week board and train and he broke down each skill step-by-step, ensuring that we not only understood the techniques but could confidently apply them when we took our dog home. Our dog went from pulling on walks to walking calmly beside us, both on and off-leash. The difference in her behavior at home was just as impressive—no more jumping up, or barking excessively. This was the best decision we made and could not be more happy with how much of a positive impact training with Rich has made for our family.

Rich has been such a great resource for us with our dog. Our dog has a bit of a traumatic past and has struggled to accept meeting new people, especially men. He loves Rich now! I think Rich has also been really helpful in showing us how we can adjust our own behavior in order to get the best possible results out of training. We feel lucky to be able to have a safe space for our dog for training, and would recommend Rich fully!
