I’m sorry to say I had a horrible experience here as well. Shannon is just a horrible person, period. In no way should she be dealing with people, much less scared and reactive dogs. I was looking for an outlet for my anxious heeler, Bingo. She threatened him, and blamed me for his anxiety. I was willing to put up with her and do my best to give Bing a chance to herd, but then she never called us back. I tried TWiCE to book time, and all I got were excuses. My advice? Don’t bother. You’ll just be insulted anyway.
