Trying to decide whether to start this review in a calm tone, like “Wow. Just Wow.” Or with more excitement, “Holy Moly! What a difference!!” Either way Caylen is simply the best. We did a 4 week board and train for our 6 month old pit/shepherd mix and couldn’t have been happier. Our pup Bean came back calmer, obedient and with amazing off leash recall which was a priority for us as she spends half time in Colorado. Caylen sent daily videos which helped us so much not just seeing the progress but learning what she’s doing and how we can carry it forward now that Bean’s home. Bean was clearly loved and cared for while gone and most importantly learned a ton. Totally a game changer for our confidence with having her off leash on the trails around hikers, bikers, runners and other dogs. If you’re looking for highly effective and clear training, your search is done.

If you have an Italian Greyhound, you need to bring her to Caylen! She did a remarkable job teaching our Boba girl everything from potty training, sit, stay, down, place, walk nicely (no pulling) on leash, off leash training, and general calm demeanor in public busy settings. Basically everything we struggled with, Caylen fixed within a 4 week board and train. We are so pleased with how well behaved Boba is that we are ready for our 2nd dog. I don’t trust anyone else but Caylen with my small dog and she knew right away how to handle a delicate breed that has a unique personality. She also socialized our dog in so many new settings that we would normally have her in and it calmed her anxiety to the point where she can be around many people, dogs, loud noises and she does great. More Than Dog Training has been life-changing! Caylen provided me with a new perspective on understanding my dog and ultimately opened up so many more opportunities for my dog and I. I am forever grateful to have been recommended to Caylen More Than Dog Training! We were frustrated and lost for what to do with our precious lab mix. He has always been a sweetheart, but gradually grew more leash reactive over the years. The consistent barking and lunging at other dogs, and sometimes children, made going outside super stressful. Caylen was truly an incredible trainer for our dog, Ace! We got Ace just a few months before finding out we were expecting, so it was really important for us to have him well-trained. The 4-week board-and-train program was absolutely perfect for our situation. Ace learned essential commands like place and how to walk calmly next to a stroller, both on and off leash. Since bringing our baby home, those skills have been invaluable. He’s become the best dog we could have ever asked for—and that’s all thanks to Caylen. She also worked with him on off-leash recall and heel, which has made family walks so much more enjoyable.
