We are a dog boarding and training kennel. We specialize in general obedience training training as well as beginner-advanced hunting dog training. We only board 10 dogs at a time to ensure a quality experience for your pet.

Mark is very easy to work with and I never felt like I needed to worry about Rory while she was gone. I also really appreciate him checking in to see how things are going several times since we have brought her home. Does great work with dogs, brought my dog from a dog that nobody wanted to be around to a dog that nobody wants to leave. Great dog trainer and even better person. Very easy to work with and a fair price for the product you get out of it!

I highly recommend using Platte Valley Retrievers for your dogs. I have had 3 dogs trained at Platte Valley Retrievers. All 3 dogs have been very well trained for both upland and waterfowl. They have also been great companions, and are very well-behaved in the house and around other people. Mark was very accommodating during the training process and let us visit the dogs whenever we had the chance. I appreciate the work Mark has done and look forward to working with him in the future.
