I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to customers this place has. When I call this place, I NEVER get an answer! Not a good impression to start doing business with them. To have to chase someone down to give them $1500 so they can train my dog with their barbaric shock collar method is unacceptable. So that throws the benefit of unlimited training sessions for a year out the window because how can I take advantage of this offer if I can never get a hold of anyone?? 3 days later my husband went in for a refund and we of course get the runaround that supposedly HP, the owner or manager or whatever, would get back to him that day. HP has yet to call us and I submitted a fraud claim through my bank because a roach infested place like this should not be in business! And I would be very hesitant to use their board school because every single time I’ve gone, I hear dogs barking frantically from another room. When I went to use their restroom I found a bunch of dogs in small cages with no room to run around or play and not a single person in sight to even look after them. I’m embarrassed that I even considered doing business with this poor excuse of a business with unresponsive management who has specialized in coming up with excuses as to why their service is subpar by blaming vacation, poor scheduling, and short staffing to excuse their disgusting mess, lack of organization and poor customer management. I think it goes without saying I would not recommend this dog prison to anyone.

OUR DOG GOT PREGNANT UNDER THEIR CARE AND THEN THE OWNER WRITES A HOT CHECK TO SHUT US UP! We sent our new dog there to get trained and we explicitly told them she is not spayed. They assured us they separate the dogs. Surprise surprise she comes back pregnant! We couldn't continue the group training and our bills started adding up to care of our pregnant dog. The manager Troy said they would take care of all the bills and to send receipts. AFTER 4 MONTHS OF unreturned phone calls and getting the runaround we finally get ahold of the owner Hamid Parvizian. Once again after numerous unanswered texts and phone calls we show up at the center where he tries to shut us up by giving us a refund- THE CHECK BOUNCED!!!! ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE THIS ORDEAL AND THEY HAVE YET TO RECTIFY IT. They don't answer our phone calls or texts.THIS CENTER IS AWFUL AND THE OWNER IS JUST AS AWFUL. BEWARE!

I wish I could give a 0. They had availability on the calendar to schedule for a Sunday and repeatedly texted me to remind me of my Sunday appointment. We showed up on Sunday to locked gates and a closed office. We called and called and nobody answered. As of today nobody has called us to see why we didn’t show up or to schedule a Follow up appointment. We have left several messages with no follow up. Truly disappointed as this company came highly recommended. I will sadly have to use a different location or someone else entirely to train my puppy.
