Do not have enough amazing things to say about Julie! Our dog was a rescue, and she has horrible separation anxiety as well as leash anxiety. She had done training prior to us being recommended Julie, and did okay. However, after even our first class with Julie, we could tell a difference! Julie is extremely patient and kind, with both dogs and owners, but tough when she needs to be. She has high standards, and expects them to be met, but ensures that both dogs and owners have all of the tools to excel. You can tell that all of the dogs she works with love her, as everyone is always so excited to see her when they show up for training. Also, bootcamp. We take our dog to bootcamp once or twice a week when Julie is there, and have seen such incredible changes in her! On top of all the work we do in class, Julie also does training with her throughout the day while she is at bootcamp, and you can tell the difference! She has helped so much with getting our dog well trained and socialized, we don't have enough good things to say about Julie and cannot recommend her more highly!

Julie with smarty paws is absolutely amazing. She shows genuine care for each dog. She even remembers each of the dogs names. She is very patient and offers different solutions to each command if you are having trouble with getting your dog to understand. We took the obedience 1 class and it is a great class. My dog Delilah was unmanageable on day one and improved so much by the end of class. I will definitely be taking obedience 2 in the future with Julie. She is amazing and my dog loves her. Thank you again Julie!!

They say our dogs are like our children, obviously. I’m very picky with what’s best for my baby. I want what’s best for him and will invest in only the best. I was recommended to Julie thru a coworker and WOWOWOW. I’m so happy I found her!!! Julie has taught me and my pup so much. She has introduced me to new training styles that has paid off in so many ways. My partner and I always chat about how impressed we are with her after our classes and say “you know she really loves what she does” and it’s simply because she shows up her authentic self. You can see her love and passion the first time you interact with her. She doesn’t let you give up and helps you build confidence. Training can be hard, especially with a puppy and Julie has played a major role in the success of my boys growth! We have done kinder puppy, obedience 1 and starting obedience 2 soon. We just started bootcamp and I’m excited to see what’s to come. Julie, thank you for being the best and taking care of my baby.
