Terrible experience!!!! Unfriendly rude staff demanding $$$ up front, when I asked to see the facility where the training would take place I was just told NO you can't see it. Thinking the description of the class sounded good I signed up anyway, it only got worse from there. What was supposed to be a puppy class was not it was mostly older misbehaving dogs who were barking and whining uncontrollably, which in the large warehouse setting made it impossible to hear the trainer. It was a very large class for 45 minutes, no personalization here. And be advised THERE IS NO BATHROOM!!! and when you sign up you agree to NO REFUNDS!!!! I would not recommend this to anyone. And since my experience I have talked to several others having similar experiences with this outfit.

I enrolled and paid for a training class. Days later I was told my dog had to have a formal review to make sure she was ready for this class and there would be another fee for this even though they were familiar with my dog through regular doggie day care attendance. I changed my mind on the class due to the added cost. The owner refused to refund my initial payment which was over one hundred dollars or even give me a credit for day care. The staff is great but the owner is is unreasonable, rude, and all about the $$$ she can make.
