What age should I start training?
We recommend starting some sort of training as soon as your get your dog in order to promote good habits, a healthy relationship, and decrease likelihood of learning things we dont want! Puppies can start lessons as soon as 8 weeks old, and our Puppy board and train starts as young as 12 weeks! Older dog's benefit from training just as much! The oldest we have trained is 13 years old

Saddie was a struggling pup who always wanted to jump on new visitors and not listen when she was told what to do. Aubrie did wanders for her as well as Hanna, Mykelti, and the rest of the Wild at heart team. There are a few times Sadie tries to test the waters on going back to her old self but few corrections and she is back to listening. Would 100% recommend Wild at heart team for any lessons as well as boarding.
Wonderful trainers for you & your dog!!! Our foster dog did the board & train - she is so much calmer & we have learned a lot! The day school is great too! Thank you Aubrie & Hanna!

It's hard having a reactive dog—a dog that scary growls at guests in your house, lunges at other excited dogs on walks, and goes after bicycles. I felt it was only a matter of time until something happened unless I sequestered him in the house. But thanks to Mykelti, I have the tools and the foundational training to keep Riley safe and be able to take him on adventures. I'm excited to take him to brunch, Home Depot trips, and hiking. I'm also excited to continue his training and see what we can continue to accomplish together.

Hanna and her crew are, hands down, the best trainers we have ever used! She is a dog whisperer; the dogs will do anything she asks of them. She translates that information to the owner in an easy to understand way to implement at home. We enrolled our Bull Terrier puppy, Dahlia as soon as we could as we had heard how naughty these puppies could be. We did not have one problem with the terrible puppy years! She was the easiest puppy because of her outstanding training! Hanna is the best!!!!
